Black Friday Returns Policy
During our Black Friday promotion period, we will only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 30 days and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
For all change-of-mind returns during this period, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift voucher, redeemable on www.trilogyproducts.com.au. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Full-Priced Purchases
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, within 30 days, you are not entirely happy with your full-price purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs). Please contact us and we will advise you of the nearest location to return your goods.
Once received, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Online Purchases
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (either to your original payment method for damaged/faulty items, or as a gift voucher for change-of-mind returns) and send you a confirmation email.
Retail Partners
We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on www.trilogyproducts.com.au. For purchases made through our retail partners, please contact the place of purchase directly for return assistance.
