We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Your items must be unopened, with all the packaging still intact, and please ensure that returns are well-packaged. To return your goods, please contact us and we will advise the next steps. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Online Purchase
Once we receive your product back, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
